Mary Marg Helgenberger born 16 November 1958, is an American actor from the United States. She began her acting career in the 1980s. Her role as Siobhan Ryan in a daytime soap opera called Ryan's Hope in 1982-1986 was what made her the focus of the public. The most famous role she has played was Catherine Willows, a CBS procedural police drama. Crime Scene Investigation from 2000-13 and Immortality (2005). Vegas 2022-present) was the second sequel to the film in which she played her character. Helgenberger has also earned a name for portraying the role of K.C. Koloski as a supporting actor on ABC drama China Beach, which aired between 1988 and 1991. This earned her an Emmy Award as Outstanding Supporting Actress for a Drama Series in 1990. She was also in the TV Series Under the Dome & Intelligence, the Films Species (1995), Species II (2000) Erin Brockovich (2000) and Mr. Brooks (2007). McCain was also made a Daily Mail contributor after her 3-year tenure at The View. McCain authored four books in addition, The Story of My Dad John McCain (2008), Dirty Sexy Politics (2010), America You Sexy Bitch A Love-Letter To Freedom in 2012 with Michael Ian Black and Bad Republican 2022.
